Our House

The largest repair the house needed as soon as we purchased it was a roof! With winter only a month away it was a must. As you can see from this picture the gutters were falling off, and shingles were missing.

Prior to the purchase of our house “work had to be done” to make the lender give sell us a loan. Basically for this house we had to do some spring cleaning and repair a few minor items… nothing a days work couldn’t cure.

So, after nearly two months of being in escrow we finally closed on our house a week and day or two ago. The house we closed on was the ‘fixer with lots of land‘.
